Local services for people out of work in Cleveland - what worked for you?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. It has been weighing on me all week. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
