Local services for people out of work in Cleveland (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a machine operator in Cleveland. Thank you in advance. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
