Local services for people out of work in Cleveland - first time posting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an IT help-desk technician in Cleveland. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.
