Local services for people out of work in Cleveland

I found a few free services in Cleveland that I did not know about. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Call 211 to hear about local help with food, rent and utilities. It is free and open at all hours.
