Local services for people out of work in Cleveland - 10 months and counting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a paralegal in Cleveland. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
