Local services for people out of work in Cincinnati (Cincinnati)

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
