Local services for people out of work in Charlotte - any advice?

I found a few free services in Charlotte that I did not know about. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
