Local services for people out of work in Charlotte - 9 weeks in

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
