Local services for people out of work in Charlotte - 12 months and counting

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
