Local services for people out of work in Buffalo (Buffalo)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a data-entry clerk in Buffalo. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
