Local services for people out of work in Buffalo - 12 months and counting

I found a few free services in Buffalo that I did not know about. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
