Local services for people out of work in Birmingham, IT help-desk technician here

I found a few free services in Birmingham that I did not know about. Any experience at all would help. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
