Local services for people out of work in Birmingham

I found a few free services in Birmingham that I did not know about. Any experience at all would help. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
