Local services for people out of work in Baltimore (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an accounts payable clerk in Baltimore. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
