Local services for people out of work in Baltimore, procurement assistant here

I found a few free services in Baltimore that I did not know about. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
