Local services for people out of work in Baltimore - any advice?

I found a few free services in Baltimore that I did not know about. I do not usually post, so bear with me. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
