Local services for people out of work in Baltimore

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an electrician's helper in Baltimore. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
