Local services for people out of work in Austin - 13 months and counting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a recruiter in Austin. I worked as a recruiter before this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
