Local services for people out of work in Atlanta (Atlanta)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an office manager in Atlanta. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The library had résumé help and free computer time.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
