Local services for people out of work in Atlanta - any advice?

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a quality inspector in Atlanta. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
