Local services for people out of work in Atlanta

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. Thank you in advance. A food pantry near me has evening hours. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
