Keeping my phone on while I search (Wichita)

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some applications need a computer. What else should I consider?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
