Keeping my phone on while I search - what worked for you?

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. It has been weighing on me all week. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
