Keeping my phone on while I search (update)

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some applications need a computer. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I switched to a low-cost plan through my carrier and cut my bill by almost half.
