Keeping my phone on while I search (update)

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. It has been a long 14 weeks. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What else should I consider?

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
