Keeping my phone on while I search (Jacksonville)

I use my phone as my only connection. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. Some applications need a computer. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
