Keeping my phone on while I search (Hartford)

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I worked as a social media manager before this. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What else should I consider?

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
