Keeping my phone on while I search - first time posting

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
