Keeping my phone on while I search

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What did you switch to?

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
