Keeping my phone on while I search - any advice?

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. It has been a long 23 weeks. Employers call and email constantly. What else should I consider?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
