Keeping my phone on while I search - any advice?

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some applications need a computer.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
