Keeping my phone on while I search - 9 months and counting

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. It has been a long 25 weeks. Employers call and email constantly. What else should I consider?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
