I use my phone as my only connection. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some applications need a computer. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.
