Keeping my phone on while I search - 8 weeks in

I use my phone as my only connection. I am in Boston, in case local advice matters. Employers call and email constantly. What did you switch to?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
