Keeping my phone on while I search

I use my phone as my only connection. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
