Keeping my phone on while I search - 14 weeks in

I use my phone as my only connection. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What did you switch to?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
