I posted here 24 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a dental hygienist. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
