Just wanted to say thanks (update)

I have read this forum every day since I lost my job. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
