I posted here 8 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a janitorial supervisor. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Anyone want to swap notes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
