Just wanted to say thanks (Fresno)

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am still searching but I have a plan. What would help newcomers most?

Glad it helped. Reading how others handled it got me through my own bad weeks too.
