Just wanted to say thanks - first time posting

I posted here 9 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a pharmacy technician. It has been a long 9 weeks. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. What would help newcomers most?

Glad it helped. Reading how others handled it got me through my own bad weeks too.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
