Just wanted to say thanks - first time posting

I have read this forum every day since I lost my job. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Anyone want to swap notes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
