I posted here 10 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a hotel front-desk agent. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Anyone want to swap notes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
