Just wanted to say thanks - first time posting

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am still searching but I have a plan. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
