Just wanted to say thanks - first time posting

I have read this forum every day since I lost my job. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Glad it helped. Reading how others handled it got me through my own bad weeks too.
