Just wanted to say thanks - first time posting

I posted here 16 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a store manager. It has been a long 16 weeks. I feel calmer and more organised now.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
