Just wanted to say thanks

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. It has been a long 23 weeks. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
