Just wanted to say thanks (Cleveland)

I posted here 9 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a security officer. I worked as a security officer before this. I am still searching but I have a plan. Anyone want to swap notes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
