Just wanted to say thanks - any advice?

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I feel calmer and more organised now. Anyone want to swap notes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
