Just wanted to say thanks - any advice?

I posted here 16 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as an event coordinator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
